Hoor Gallery was inaugurated in October 2005 with the aim of giving expert opinion on and introducing works by Iranian visual artists. The Gallery endeavors to facilitate access to original artworks by pioneering artists as well as emerging talents.

The Gallerys internet website can be a step toward interaction at a time when all kinds of media have turned the world into a global village.

Hoor Gallery is directed by YaghoubEmdadian who has more than 30 years of experience in organizing biennials and large exhibitions in Iran and abroad.

We hope that his grandmanagerial experience will help tointroduce works by renowned artists and open up windows of opportunity for a younger generation of Iranian artists.

The website attempts to showcase an update of contemporary visual arts events and promote art and culture of the society by presenting an archive of the displayed works.
